Welcome to Andrews Elementary; home of the soaring Eagles! At Andrews each day is dedicated toward promoting and celebrating the academic and personal success of every child. We continually strive to improve the design and delivery of learning opportunities for all students. Andrews is a school where children come first and one that will continue to provide appropriate academic rigor, support and character development. We are committed in helping young children reach their fullest potential while guiding them to become responsible, caring and contributing global citizens.

You will not find a more dedicated group of teachers who take very seriously the responsibility of developing individual student growth and accomplishment while at Andrews. The staff is supportive of every child’s needs and understands the diverse interests and cultures with emphasis on the learning styles of their students. Your support is vital in promoting our mission for improving all students’ intellectual growth and academic performance. May I encourage you to continue your involvement in the school community; join PTA, Dad’s Club; and volunteer; become a member of the Andrews and PISD eNews, Parent Portal and most importantly, communicate frequently with your child’s teacher throughout the school year. With your support, Andrews Elementary will remain a vibrant school community where students, staff and parents want to be. You are the “nuts and bolts” of our school, and we need your continued partnership.
