AMS Regional Science Fair Winners Quick View

The Regional Science Fair was held Tuesday, February 7. 6th grade had two 2nd place winners at the fair! Baxter Thompson won in the Physical Science division, and Nathan Wille won for his project in Life Science. Both projects were excellent and we are very proud of our students!

AMS Teacher of the Year-Susan Saviano Quick View

Susan Saviano was selected as Armstrong Middle School's teacher of the year for 2011-2012. Mrs. Saviano has been teaching in education for 13 years 10 of which have been here at Armstrong. Mrs. Saviano currently serves as the campus AVID teacher. Her leadership and dedication to this program has led to our campus being nationally recognized as an AVID demonstration school.

NJHS partners with elementary students to paint ceiling tiles to commemorate universities and colleges for which our current teachers graduated. This project among many others is designed to help promote an embracement higher learning opportunities.
