Verification of Enrollment Forms

VERIFICATION OF ENROLLMENT FORMS A Verification of Enrollment (VOE) is required to obtain a beginner’s permit for a driver’s license, obtain a driver’s license or renew a driver’s license. You must sign up for a VOE in the front office, and it will be ready for pick up Friday afternoon. The VOE form is good for 30 days from date of issuance during the school year.
