Mrs. Dean, Principal, Haggard Middle School, has 17 years experience in education, which encompasses 6 years teaching middle school and 11 years in school administration. This is Mrs. Dean's 7th year as principal at Haggard. Her educational background consists of a BA in English from Southern Methodist University and a Master's degree in Education Administration from The University of North Texas. Julie-Anne strongly believes that "Our greatest contribution is to be sure there is a teacher in every classroom who cares that every student, everyday, learns and grows and feels like a real human being." When not walking the halls at Haggard, she is running after her two young boys.
