Veterans Day was celebrated in schools across the district on November 11. To celebrate Children’s Book Week Nov 14 – 18, Mendenhall principal Karen Noble and assistant principal Chris Dunkle kiss a cow to reward students for overflowing their classroom reading buckets with reading tickets. Thanks to a successful partnership among Plano ISD, the YMCA and Collin County Adventure Camp, hundreds of fifth grade students enjoy the great outdoors each fall semester. The District offers an online payment system for School Lunches, Fare Busing, Early Childhood Tuition, Adventure Camp, and Off-Campus PE payments. With this system parents can schedule automatic payments based on your child's account balance, view cafeteria purchases online and receive e-mail notification of balance status.
