Can I get research information from home?

Yes, you may find sources for research through the Quick Links on this site by selecting your school. Ask your librarian for a password to access research sites at home or check your library myPisd page for more information.

How do I see what I've checked out or place a Hold?

You will only need your login and password to see what you've checked out or place a Hold. You do not need it to find a book.

Elementary login: student ID#, password: last name (case sensitive)
Secondary login: student ID#, password: birthdate (MMDDYY)
Faculty login: faculty ID#, password: FAC

Where do I find ebooks?

Follow the Quick Links for your grade level.

Search PreK-5th Grade Library Catalog: Find your school and click on the E-Books Tab or follow this link to Tumblebooks, an interactive read-aloud site of over 480 titles plus puzzles and games. (password required)

Search 6-12th Grade Library Catalog: Find your school and search by database categories or follow these links to ABC-CLIO, Gale Reference, and Infobase. (password required)
