UPDATE OR REPORT

Prior to your child’s entry into 7th grade, his or her immunizations must be updated. Immunization requirements – one dose of Tdap within the last five years, 2nd dose of Varicella and one dose of MCV4 for their 7th grade entry. Please discuss these requirements with your pediatrician and submit the updated shot records to Rice as soon as possible. Proof of these immunizations will be required for your child’s 7th grade schedule pick up and school attendance.
