Mrs. Hoover graduated in December of 1993 with her Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Houston - Clear Lake. She began her teaching career in Friendswood, Texas. After moving to the Dallas area in 1999, she taught for a year in Garland ISD before joining Plano ISD. She has taught 2nd, 3rd and 4th grades. Mrs. Hoover is certified to teach Elementary Education 1-8 and has completed the disrict's PACE teacher training. She was named Stinson's 2007 Experienced Teacher of the Year!
